आईपीसी की धारा 420, 467, 468 संपत्ति विवाद में आपराधिक आचरण के आरोप पैतृक संपत्ति के संबंध में सिविल कार्यवाही का अस्तित्व आपराधिक मामले के पंजीकरण पर रोक नहीं लगाता है जहां आरोप संज्ञेय अपराधों का खुलासा करते हैं – माना जाता है कि राजस्व रिकॉर्ड के जालसाजी और हेरफेर के आरोप, यदि साबित हो जाते हैं, तो सिविल विवाद से स्वतंत्र आपराधिक दायित्व को आकर्षित करेंगे – जांच या परीक्षण के दौरान मेन्स रीआ और सबूत निर्धारित किए जाएंगे। [पैरा 21, 22, 23]
