हरियाणा शहरी (किराया नियंत्रण एवं बेदखली) अधिनियम, बेदखली याचिका – मकान मालिक और किरायेदार का संबंध – यह निर्णय दिया गया कि बेदखली याचिका में, मकान मालिक और किरायेदार के संबंध को साबित करने का भार बेदखली याचिका दायर करने वाले याचिकाकर्ता पर है। मुद्दे को नकारात्मक रूप में प्रस्तुत करना और कथित किरायेदार पर दायित्व डालना स्थापित कानूनी सिद्धांतों के विरुद्ध है। मुद्दे को सकारात्मक रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए और दायित्व मकान मालिक-याचिकाकर्ता पर डाला जाना चाहिए। [अनुच्छेद 6 से 13]
