Supreme Court acquits woman in Neighbor’s suicide case, says quarrel not abetment.
The Supreme Court held that mere quarrels and heated exchanges between neighbors do not amount to abetment of suicide. The prosecution failed to prove instigation or intentional acts by the appellant that left the deceased with no option but to end her life.
