Supreme Court enforces Arbitration Clause in unsigned contract, reverses Delhi HC ruling.
The Supreme Court held that a valid arbitration agreement existed between the parties based on their conduct and email correspondence, despite the contract not being signed by one party. The disputes must be referred to arbitration in London.
