मध्यस्थता और सुलह अधिनियम धारा 34 मध्यस्थ पुरस्कार को रद्द करने के आधार – संपत्ति के आगे हस्तांतरण को प्रतिबंधित करने वाले नकारात्मक वाचा वाले आवंटन पत्र को मध्यस्थ न्यायाधिकरण के समक्ष नहीं रखा गया था – माना गया कि मध्यस्थ पुरस्कार को ऐसे दस्तावेज़ के आधार पर चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती, क्योंकि यह मध्यस्थ रिकॉर्ड का हिस्सा नहीं था – न्यायालय ने फिर से पुष्टि की कि मध्यस्थ पुरस्कारों में हस्तक्षेप नियम के बजाय अपवाद होना चाहिए। [पैरा 4 से 7]
