Cancellation of decree.

A person not party to decree can file independent suit to get the decree set aside or to say that decree not binding upon him or setting aside or declaring the same void

A suit by a stranger to decree to set aside the compromise decree, which affects his rights is not barred by the provisions of Order 33 Rule 3 or Rule 3A of CPC.
