⭐ SC: Civil dispute given a color of Criminal case – Section 482 CrPC – impugned judgment and FIR quashed.
Perusal of record, in no uncertain terms, reflects that dispute is of civil nature – Dispute between parties entirely with respect to property and more particularly, buying and selling thereof – Criminal hue has been unjustifiably lent to civil natured issue – Therefore FIR, in respect of said dispute, u/Ss. 406, 420, 467, 468, 417 and 418, IPC, hereby quashed – Impugned judgment, set aside – Appeal allowed.
