Once the trademark license agreement is terminated, the permitted user or licensee cannot use an identical or similar trademark for the impugned goods.

Shree Anu Milk Products Ltd, MANU/DE/2713/2013 and Sorrel Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. v. Nakodar Hotels Pvt. Ltd., MANU/DE/1011/2018 have laid down that once the trademark license agreement is terminated, the permitted user or licensee cannot use an identical or similar trademark for the impugned goods.
