SPECIFIC RELIEF ACT, 1963-Section 34-Suit for declaration- Granted land-Dispute as to title in respect of-Endorsement alleged to have been issued by Tahsildar showing grant in favour of plaintiff found to be not genuine-Original document of grant produced from custody of defendants-Presumption under Section 114 of Evidence Act has to be drawn in favour of defendant to hold that he is grantee of suit land-Therefore, defendants held to be title holders of suit land.Appeal dismissed.
