Regular Second Appeal No. 200289 of 2021, decided on 31.10.2022 HINDU LAW-Partition-Suit for-Dispute between sisters- Plaintiffs claiming that their mother died intestate and therefore they are entitled for their share in their mother’s property- Defendant claiming her mother had executed Will and bequeathing suit property in her favour-Evidence of mother recorded in an earlier suit reflected that plaintiff did not take care of her and it was defendant who took care of her mother and incurred expenditure for her health-As per concurrent findings of Courts below, defendant had proved execution of Will-Such findings not liable to be interfered with.
