Order 21, Rule 57-Attachment before judgment-Provisions applicable to attachment made in execution of decree Also applies to attachment before judgment-Subsequent passing of decree in favour of plaintiff Whether plaintiff has to file application for re- attachment of very same property in execution of decree-Order of attachment has to be considered in execution like an order of attachment made in execution by virtue of Order 38, Rule 11A- Order of attachment coming to be ceased when execution came to be closed without there being any express/specific order about continuation of order of attachment-Thus, advantage of order of attachment before judgment not available to decree-holder in subsequent execution petition.
