मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, मुआवज़ा – बढ़ी हुई मुआवज़ा राशि पर ब्याज – दावा याचिका दायर करने की तिथि से वसूली तक बढ़ी हुई राशि पर 7.5% प्रति वर्ष की दर से ब्याज लगेगा। – नाबालिग दावेदार के हितों की रक्षा के लिए मुआवज़ा राशि को एफडीआर में निवेश करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए। [पैरा 16, 17]
