Supreme Court axes High Court’s order for third judicial exam, backs original recruitment process.
The Supreme Court set aside the High Court’s review order, holding that the High Court exceeded its review jurisdiction by reconsidering matters already decided and directing a fresh main exam. The recruitment process will continue without further delay.
