Supreme Court bars reserved candidates who availed relaxations from unreserved posts in RPF, but allows It in CISF recruitment.

The Court held that reserved category candidates who availed age/physical relaxations cannot be appointed against unreserved vacancies if the recruitment rules expressly bar such migration (as in RPF). However, relaxation in physical standards (like height) does not bar migration if not explicitly prohibited (as in CISF).
