Supreme Court backs owner, orders return of leased property, suspended Director’s objection quashed.
The Supreme Court restored NCLT’s order, directing that possession of the disputed property be returned to the appellants, as neither the CoC nor the resolution professional wanted to retain it. Objections by the suspended director were dismissed as baseless and not in the corporate debtor’s financial interest.
