“Supreme Court backs wind energy firms in tariff dispute against

The Supreme Court dismissed GUVNL’s appeals, ruling that wind energy companies not availing accelerated depreciation under income tax laws were entitled to seek separate tariff determination by GERC, as per the 2010 Tariff Order.
