Tenancy Act 2021 ( UP Act 16 of 2021 )
Open space is exempted from operation of UP Tenancy Act
But if open land leased out for raising construction and construction is let out by the lessee , it is governed by the UP Act 16 of 2021
Section 2(c) defines the premises.
The word ‘premises’ means building alongwith land around it for the purpose of business or residential use.
