• हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम धारा 13(1)(आइए) तलाक क्रूरता और पत्नी द्वारा परित्याग क्रूरता के विभिन्न आरोप लगाए गए और तलाक की याचिका में कई घटनाओं का उल्लेख किया गया यदि कोई पति या पत्नी वेश्या से पैदा होने के कारण दूसरे के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करता है, तो यह इसे पारिवारिक जीवन में टूट-फूट नहीं कहा जा सकता, झूठे या मामूली आधार पर पुलिस को बुलाना भी इसी तरह नहीं देखा जा सकता, किसी भी करीबी रिश्तेदार के लिए वैवाहिक घर में आना या रहना असंभव बनाना भी निस्संदेह अन्य पति या पत्नी के प्रति क्रूरता का परिणाम होगा, उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित निर्णय पक्षों के बीच तलाक देने के ट्रायल कोर्ट के फैसले को रद्द कर दिया गया
