📌📌CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE, 1908-Section 100-Second appeal- concurrent findings-Plaintiffs was married to defendant No.1-Had divorced Gulavva in 1958-At the time he had executed a registered maintenance deed on 16.03.1958 (Ex.P4)-Gulavva was given a life interest in respect of suit properties in lieu of maintenance-Gulavva sold it on 14.07.2008-Purchasers filed four suits, which were clubbed and heard together-Trial Court concluded-Admittedly suit properties were given to Gulavva (Ex.P4) in lieu of her pre-existing right to maintain herself-Limited right of hers stood enlarged to an absolute right by virtue of Section 14(1) of Hindu Succession Act-Consequently sale deed executed by her were valid-Appellate, Court held that the alienation made by her was valid and could not be challenged-Dismissed the appeals.
