Supreme Court restores daughter\u2019s equal inheritance rights, slams erroneous review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court held that the High Court exceeded its review jurisdiction by reappreciating facts and reversing its earlier order. The daughter is entitled to a share as a coparcener under the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005. The preliminary decree must be amended to include her rightful share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
