Trial Court directed the defendant to quit and vacate the premises and also directed to pay the arrears of rent of Rs.14,600\/- and also to pay Rs.3,650\/- p.m. as future mesne profits &#8211; Order passed by Trial Court affirmed in appeal Hence present second appeal has been filed Defendant claimed to be tenant under father of plaintiff but paid rent to account of plaintiff as he was under impression that account belonged to father of plaintiff &#8211; Defendant in cross-examination had claimed that he had spent some amount in renovation However, &#8211; no document produced to prove the same Jural relationship between plaintiff and defendant established Order decreeing eviction suit against tenant held proper Appeal dismissed &#8211;
