Income of the deceased is to be assessed @ Rs.9,319\/- per month.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\">Case was filed on 23 June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd38\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t72\/1\/16\/1f538.png\">In brief, the facts as per the claim petition are that on 22.02.2020, at about 04.30 pm, victim were going to Village on motorcycle. When they reached near turn a truck (dumpher) being driven by its driver rashly, negligently and at high speed, <a><\/a>came from the opposite direction and directly hit their motor-cycle due to which, the motor-cycle was damaged and its occupants sustained multiple injuries. They were rushed to Civil Hospital, where victim was declared dead and she was admitted therein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\"> Oriental Insurance Co. was Directed to pay An amount of Rs.15,37,746\/- with interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till actual realization. It was a pay and recover award. *With each day taken after the date of judgment by employees of Oriental Insurance Co.
